Overview of approach As a first step we develop and introduce a new module into the ABM capable of representing the process of pig development of antibodies upon exposure to T. solium eggs or through maternal transmission. We then used existing datasets from two distinct previously published community intervention trials to calibrate the model and then to assess its transferability.
